Back and Traps - The Giant Set

September is here and autumn is just around the corner. Summer seems to have flow by! Speaking of flying, let's hit that Back and those Traps! We will continue with super setting by moving it up a notch and tackle giant sets!

Back & Traps
The Giant Set


After a good warm up do these four exercises in a row with no rest between sets for one complete giant set.

Pull down behind the Neck - 4 x 10
Barbell Shrugs - 4 x 10
Incline Dumbell Row - 4 x 10
V-Bar Pulldown to Upper Chest - 4 x 10

The incline dumbbell row is performed by lying face down on an incline bench with arms hanging down and dumbbells in hand. Perform the row movement pulling the elbows high and remember to avoid using the biceps to move the weight!
