Board, Not Bored Curls
We are going to introduce a little different twist to the preacher curl or the Arm Blaster curl. For those of you with home gyms and you don't have either of the above, this will be a great addition for you at little or no cost!

What you need is a 2 x 4...that's right! Your basic 2 x 4 piece of wood. Cut the wood to just a little bit wider than your basic arm width - elbow to elbow as they rest at your sides.

Place the board under your arms just above the elbow, like you would use an Arm Blaster. Bend over at the waist slightly, about a 30 degree angle or so. Take your straight bar, cambered curl bar or dumbbells - your choice. Curl the weight up and squeeze hard at the peak of the movement and return to the start position. Keep the angle of your body constant. Do not stand up as you curl the weight. 8 sets of 8 reps will do the trick with 30 seconds max. rest between sets. Get ready for an awesome bicep workout!
