Supersetting the Chest
June '05

OK, summer is here and many of us are pressed for time so we will be offering some compressed workouts for different body parts throughout the season. This month we feature chest and a superset combo that can leave you huffing! You’ll be using dumbbells for this routine and you’ll be using all three positions: flat, incline and decline. Superset Dumbbell Flyes with Dumbbell Bench Press in all three positions. Start by doing the flyes and go directly into the press. Guaranteed to get a burn going! Don’t forget to get a good warm up in there first!
