Chest Unchained!
This month we are going blast those pecs! So train them hard and chisel them! Shoot for that classic look like the picture of Steve Reeves in "Hercules Unchained!"


Wide Parallel Bar Dips - 8 sets of 8 reps
(Stretch down as far as you can at the bottom of the movement.
Do not bounce up and down "repping it out" as I am sure you have seen many do.
Do this movement with complete and deliberate control! 60 seconds max rest between sets.)

Barbell Neck Press - 8 sets of 8 reps
(With a wide grip, lower the bar to the bottom of the neck, keeping your elbows away from the body.
No bouncing! Keep the movement under complete control at all times! 60 seconds max rest between sets.)
