Greetings from Florida, Guys &
Gals, Thanks for the invite to be part of this “awesome” group of people. Have you ever arrived at a resting place on that seemingly long, dry, and lonely journey of life…where you run into a bunch of travelers such as yourself?…a place where you can sit back, relax for awhile, laugh, and share stories back and forth...and feel just plain good about life? Well, I found it with you guys! I hope this column will be a place where we can share our dreams, our goals, our fears and our faith. A place where we will be sharing insights back and forth strengthening one another emotionally, physically and spiritually. (so be sure to keep emailing and sharing “your” stories….victory or defeat...pain or ecstasy…gain or loss, why?…because it’s all good now !!!) …..Who am I & Why call this column “POINT of IMPACT”…. I am Laura Wise, a licensed insured practicing massage therapist.. a member of “International Massage Association” ( one of 100 things I do lol) I began this quest in the early 80s of my life. I am now patenting a “new massage modality” specifically birthed out of my work with body builders. Yea! So you can see I come from another world, another planet, if you will, other than the world or planet of body building… “YES, there are other planets and they have life on them!.” lol This column, “Point of Impact” and it’s following articles will be the colliding(coming together with solid force or direct impact) of these two worlds… massage and body building. I am sure there will be a great explosion & both worlds will be permanently affected.
