Bodybuilder Mish Mosh
7 egg whites
1 whole egg
1 slice no-fat cheese
half cup of spinach
half cup of minute rice
Pam or other cooking spray
Spray frying pan liberally with cooking spray. Scramble the eggs and cook in a pan until almost totally cooked. Add spinach and rice and continue to cook until well blended. Finally add cheese and continue to cook until cheese is melted and blended in as well. Serves 1. You can also throw in some diced tomato with chili to spice it up as well!
