Bi's and Tri's Superset
August '05

The dog days are here! Lets hit those bis and tris before we head out for that summer fun! Don't forget your water and sun block! For some added intensity we will superset these exercises with no rest between, just go-go-go!

S/S Incline dumbbell curls with - 4 x 10
Incline dumbbell tricep press - 4 x 10

S/S Reverse incline dumbbell curls with - 4 x 10
incline dumbbell jawbreakers - 4 x 10

The reverse inlcine DB curl is done by laying face down on an incline bench with your arms hanging down and dumbbells in hand. Curl up with NO movement of the shoulders AT ALL! All bicep baby! Rock your elbows forward EVER so slightly at the peak of the movement to get that peak squeeze.

The Jawbreakers are done by sitting on the incline bench with dumbbell in hand. Keep the upper portion of your arm straight like when you are doing a tricep press, bend at the elbow and lower the weight to the side of your jaw opposite the hand you are using. Keep notice of muscle fatigue status, hence the name jawbreakers! I speak from experience!
