Stuffed Shells
1 box large pasta shells
1 2 pound container ricotta
1 pound mozzarella
1/2 cup Parmesean cheese
1 egg
2 Tbs Parsley
salt & pepper to taste
Your favorite sauce
In a mixing bowl combine ricotta, parsley, salt, pepper, Parmesan cheese & egg. Boil shells until firm. Do not cook all the way through. Run them under cold water to stop the cooking process and drain. In a casserole pan, layer the bottom of the pan with sauce. Take a spoon full of cheese mixture and spoon into shell, and then ley it in the pan. Continue untl the tray is full. Cover with more sauce and then generously cover with mozzarella cheese. Bake at 400 for 45 minutes or until the mozzarella cheese is melted.


Serve, enjoy and throw guilt out the window for today! Do we really need a breakdown for this meal?
