Tuna Patty
16 oz. can tuna in water
4 tablespoons "Earth Grains" shredded herb dry stuffing mix
? tsp minced garlic
2 tsp. celery or onion
1 egg white
Pam cooking spray
Pinch of any of the following: parsely, pepper or tarragon


Mix egg white and stuffing mix. Add garlic and celery or onion and spices mix in tuna thoroughly. In a large frying pan sprayed liberally with Pam cooking spray (egg white could cause patty to stick), press entire recipe into a patty and let "fry" on medium heat for about 6 minutes. Turn with large spatula and cook for another six minutes.
